There’s no difference between Medigap and Medicare Supplement. They are synonyms for the health insurance you buy in addition to your Medicare.

IS MEDICARE ADVANTAGE A GOOD OPTION?

It might be. Too many agents just sell you a plan that at face value “covers all the possibilities”. It’s easier on them. But Michael will talk to you about your specific situation and see if Medicare Advantage is a good option.

CAN I COMBINE A MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT WITH A MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN?

No, a Medicare Supplement Insurance plan is only available with original Medicare (Part A and B).

1. You must be at least 65 years old.*
2. You must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and B.

*or have end-stage renal disease or qualifying disability

Normally, your plan will travel with you; but you need to confirm with Michael to make sure your coverage will travel with you wherever you go
